All listers agree to obey the following guidelines when listing on ListItRI.com. Violations of any of these rules and guidelines will result in listings being removed from the site. ListItRI.com and Vega Interactive will not be obligated in any way to inform listers of any change to their listing and will offer no refunds for deleted/modified listings. Excessive abuse of our services can and may result in canceled membership, banning from the site or in certain circumstances notification of local and or federal authorities. These rules do not replace superceed or modify our visitor agreement, membership agreement or privacy statement.

Methods of posting
Full (paid or unpaid) members of the site may post as many listings as they wish but are not allowed to do any of the following...

Post repetitive duplicate or near duplicate listings

Post listings using third party or custom developed software

Post listings in inappropriate categories or areas

Post the same listings in any more then three categories

Using posting methods that intentionally undermines the design of our site Working with other users

1. You may not use posted email addresses, phone numbers or our blind box feature for the purposes of solicitation or any other purpose not directly related to the listing.
2. You may not republish, store, "scrape", or collect data from the site for any purpose
3. You agree not to respond negatively to other members.
4. You agree to report any listings or conduct your find offensive or abusive through our automated report abuse section of our site.

Posting guidelines
The following are items that may not be listed on our site. This list is a guideline only and does not promote itself to be all inclusive. ListItRI.com reserve the right to remove and or modify any listing at any time for any reason.

1. Items that illegal to sell or distribute anywhere in the United States
2. Items that the management deems to be obscene or offensive
3. Alcoholic beverages
4. Tobacco
5. Items that could be used or that might constitute drug paraphernalia
6. Firearms including BB-Guns and air rifles
7. Items that require permits to possess
8. Copied software, music, video tape or any other media that may constitute a violation of copyright or trademark law
9. Items that are counterfeit or fraudulent
10. Items that may be deemed a lottery or a game of chance
11. Body parts and human remains
12. Fireworks
13. Stollen property
14. Tickets or other items marked "non-tranferable"
15. Activities that violate local or federal laws
